Calgary, AB – Nelson Timko scored two goals and added two assists to help secure the Blue Ridge Bears a victory in an 8-1 trouncing over the Wolves at Village Square on Saturday.

Completing the scoring for for the Blue Ridge Bears was John Webb* with two goals and Tyler Yamashiro*, Douglas Skanderup, Greg Rutherford and Adam Forbes-King* chipping in with singles. Timko, Yamashiro*, Skanderup, Scott Rommens and Kyle Morton each added two assists. Goaltender Scott Reid picked up the victory for the Blue Ridge Bears holding the Wolves to a single goal.

Tallying the only goal for the Wolves was and Jon Sigurdson*, his second of the season. Goaltender Nathan Steinke* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Wolves.

With the victory, the Blue Ridge Bears improve to 5-3-2-0 while the Wolves fall to 5-5-0-0.
