Calgary, AB – Jason Norrie* scored two goals including his ninth goal of the season with 7:35 remaining in the third period and to help the Sofa Kings to a 6-5 win over the Mets at Stew Hendry on Sunday.

Also scoring for the Sofa Kings was Jason Manderson* and Jeremy Salomons*, Chris Marcotte* and Steve Harron* with a goal each. Manderson* added three assists and Salomons* added two assists. Goaltender Jeff Blaney* picked up the win for the Sofa Kings giving up 0 goals.

Lighting the lamp for the Mets was Ryan Martin* with a hat-trick and John Pietrovito* and Scott Cote* each adding a goal. Peter Casey added three assists, Todd Noble* and Al Mowbray* each added two assists. Goaltender Matt Elder* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Mets.

With the win, the Sofa Kings improve to 4-5-0-0 while the Mets fall to 3-6-0-0.
