Calgary, AB – Jason Nail* scored a hat-trick and added two assists to help fuel the FLQ to a 7-3 pounding over the BDR Angers at George Blundun on Thursday.

Rounding out the scoring for the FLQ was Oliver Fisher* with two goals, Tony Lucas* and Chris Robertson* each adding single tallies. Nail*, Chris Garland*, James Mckee* and Garret Everson* each added two assists. Goaltender Dean Dunsby* picked up the win for the FLQ giving up 0 goals.

The victory extinguished the FLQ's four-game losing streak.

Cashing in for the BDR Angers was Mark Gangle with two goals and Dave Harman* with a single marker. Dan Rach* added two assists. Goaltender K Humble surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the BDR Angers.

With the win, the FLQ improve to 7-17-7-0 while the BDR Angers fall to 4-23-4-0.
