Calgary, AB – Scott Lindsay scored six goals as the Icehogs extended its winning streak to six games with a 12-6 whipping over the Blades at Frank McCool on Friday.

Completing the scoring for for the Icehogs was Derrick Moore with a hat-trick, Mike Tanton and Shawn Foster and Todd McAleese chipping in with singles. Tanton, Kevin Free, Blaine Dobinson and Rob Lamothe each added four assists and Chris McKinnon added two assists. Goaltender Ryan Van Roekel picked up the victory for the Icehogs giving up six goals.

Finding the twine for the Blades was Colin Dyck, Cory Romashenko, Cody Chorney, Ian Stang, Jason Johnson and Nick Darling chipping in with a goal each. Goaltender Graeme Rowe surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Blades.

With the victory, the Icehogs improve to 15-0-2-0 while the Blades fall to 8-9-1-0.
