Calgary, AB – Huy Nguyen* scored a hat-trick to help the Mustangs to an 11-2 spanking over the Icemen at Frank McCool on Tuesday.

Also scoring for the Mustangs was Brent Phelps* and Brent Kenway* with a pair of goals each and Chris Ryan*, Pat Purcell*, Matt Cook* and Will Pozzo* with a goal each. Phelps*, Ryan* and Scott Russell* each added three assists, Purcell* and Jesse Hughes* each added two assists. Goaltender JF Voyer* picked up the win for the Mustangs giving up two goals.

Striking for the Icemen was Greg Coonfer* and Gord MacLean* each adding a goal. Kevin Kemp* added two assists. Goaltender Travis Copp* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Icemen.

With the win, the Mustangs improve to 13-14-2-0 while the Icemen fall to 7-21-1-0.
