Calgary, AB – Mark Lyle scored six goals and added an assist as the Met�s extended its winning streak to eight games with a 16-4 trouncing over the BDR Angers at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Adding markers for the Met�s was Chad Froese with five goals, Scott Cote with a hat-trick, Steve Wilson with two goals . Chris Daskas and Cam Kraychy each added six assists, Cote and Al Mowbray each added five assists, Wilson added four assists and Froese added three assists. Goaltender ? Sturo picked up the victory for the Met�s giving up four goals.

Providing the offence for the BDR Angers was Jon Steranko with two goals and Jason McDonald and Chris Morrison each contributing with single markers. Marty Holzinger added three assists. Goaltender Marcello Leonardis surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the BDR Angers.

With the victory, the Met�s improve to 11-3-3-0 while the BDR Angers fall to 6-5-5-0.
