Quipp scores four, Pylons steamroll Rustlers
Calgary, AB – Craig Quipp scored four goals and added an assist to help support the Pylons in a 10-3 spanking over the Rustlers at Village Square on Saturday.
Adding markers for the Pylons was James Kellett and Rob Kellett with a pair of goals each and Brandon Marchand and Tim Filipchuk with a goal each. Marchand added two assists. Goaltender Ray King picked up the victory for the Pylons giving up 0 goals.
The victory extinguished the Pylons' three-game losing streak.
Scoring for the Rustlers was Ian Mills, Drew McKnight and Mike Waychyshyn each with single strikes. Brad Hart added two assists. Goaltender W Woldas surrendered 10 goals in the loss for the Rustlers.
With the victory, the Pylons improve to 2-3-0-0 while the Rustlers fall to 0-5-0-0.
