Calgary, AB – Chris Paz scored his third goal of the season with 10:34 remaining in the third period and Reagan Tyson scored a goal and added an assist to fuel the Schooners to a 3-2 triumph over the Flying Elbows at Stew Hendry on Wednesday.

Capping off the scoring for the Schooners was Nick Gill with a single tally. Darcy Gallant added two assists. Goaltender Darwen Beazer picked up the win for the Schooners giving up 0 goals.

Finding the twine for the Flying Elbows was Chris Trudel* and Darren Feist* chipping in with a goal each. Goaltender Allan Manz* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Flying Elbows.

With the win, the Schooners improve to 1-0-0-0 while the Flying Elbows fall to 0-1-0-0.
