Calgary, AB – Brian Bieche* scored his 27th goal of the season with 2:16 remaining in the third period and Ioan Matthews* scored two goals and added three assists to help bring the Anchor Concrete Bobcats to a 7-6 triumph over the BDR Angers at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Completing the scoring for for the Anchor Concrete Bobcats was Brent Hooey*, Chris Hassett* and Bob Storrs* chipping in with singles. Matthews* added three assists. Goaltender Trevor Devinch* picked up the victory for the Anchor Concrete Bobcats giving up 0 goals.

Finding the back of the net for the BDR Angers was Gary Dupuis with two goals and Luc Maillet*, Jason Caldwell*, Bret Kimpton* and Bryan Wright* chipping in with a goal each. Marty Holzinger* added three assists and Maillet* added two assists. Goaltender Phil Meloche* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the BDR Angers.

With the victory, the Anchor Concrete Bobcats improve to 17-9-4-0 while the BDR Angers fall to 8-19-3-0.
