Calgary, AB – Steve Hendsbee* scored two goals to help bring the Mustangs to a 5-1 route over the BDR Angers at Optimist on Saturday.

Completing the scoring for for the Mustangs was Brent Phelps* with two goals and Mike McHenry* with a single marker. Nolan Horbach* added three assists. Goaltender Duane Arsenault* picked up the victory for the Mustangs holding the BDR Angers to a single goal.

Tallying the only goal for the BDR Angers was and Steve Gaffny, his first of the season. Goaltender Mike McPherson surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the BDR Angers.

With the victory, the Mustangs improve to 12-11-5-0 while the BDR Angers fall to 8-17-3-0.
