Calgary, AB – Grant McGowan* scored a hat-trick for the Flying Hellfish and Blair Whitford* scored two goals and added two assists for the Warthogs as the teams battled to a 7-7 tie at Stew Hendry on Sunday.

Adding markers for the Warthogs was Jared Vaness, D Madsen, Nick Hryhor*, P Lewis and C Revak each with single strikes. Vaness added three assists, Madsen. Goaltender Chris Lowe surrendered 0 goals in the tie for the Warthogs.

Adding markers for the Flying Hellfish was Curtis Cann* with two goals and Jeff Wareham* and Scott Bracko* each adding single goals. Ricky Glenn* added two assists. Goaltender Cam Corbett* gave up 0 goals in the tie for the Flying Hellfish.

After the tie, the Flying Hellfish have a record of 17-6-4-0 while the Warthogs move to 12-11-4-0.
