Calgary, AB – Greg Coonfer* scored two goals and added an assist to help lift the Icemen to a 5-3 victory over the BDR Angers at Optimist on Sunday.

Adding markers for the Icemen was Scott MacLean* and J Ross and Danny Hicke* each with single strikes. Corbin Coyes* added three assists and Reynoudt Jalink* added two assists. Goaltender Travis Copp* picked up the victory for the Icemen giving up 0 goals.

Scoring for the BDR Angers was Marty Holzinger*, Dan Rach* and Dave Harman* each adding single goals. Holzinger* added two assists. Goaltender Phil Meloche* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the BDR Angers.

With the victory, the Icemen improve to 7-17-3-0 while the BDR Angers fall to 8-16-3-0.
