Calgary, AB – Rick Remenda* scored a hat-trick and added three assists to help bring the FLQ to a 9-6 triumph over the Thunder at Norma Bush on Tuesday.

Completing the scoring for for the FLQ was Chris Mele* with a hat-trick, Oliver Fisher* and Dean Dunsby* and Jaimie Dawson* chipping in with singles. Clint Neusitzer* added four assists, Remenda* and Mele* each added three assists and Fisher* added two assists. Goaltender Glenn Black* picked up the victory for the FLQ giving up 0 goals.

Finding the back of the net for the Thunder was Dave Morris* with two goals and Aaron Yamniuk*, Tim Arnett*, Dale Martin* and Chris Gibson* each contributing with single markers. Yamniuk* added two assists. Goaltender Leo Thoms* surrendered nine goals in the loss for the Thunder.

With the victory, the FLQ improve to 10-13-3-0 while the Thunder fall to 8-16-2-0.
