Calgary, AB – Jason Manderson* scored two goals and added three assists as the Sofa Kings extended its winning streak to four games with a 8-3 whipping over the BDR Angers at George Blundun on Saturday.

Completing the scoring for for the Sofa Kings was Shane Foster* with two goals and James Kenny*, Rob Johnston*, Matt Szabo* and Yannick Coulombe* each tallying single markers. Manderson* added three assists, Kenny*, Johnston* and Travis Rudy* each added two assists. Goaltender Nico Vandersalm* picked up the victory for the Sofa Kings giving up three goals.

Finding the twine for the BDR Angers was Marcel Poirier with two goals and Luc Maillet* with a single marker. Eric Bouloy added two assists. Goaltender Phil Meloche* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the BDR Angers.

With the victory, the Sofa Kings improve to 12-8-4-0 while the BDR Angers fall to 7-15-2-0.
