Calgary, AB – Tom Podivinsky scored a hat-trick and added an assist as the Divestco Knights extended its winning streak to three games with a 7-2 pummeling over the Warthogs at Optimist on Sunday.

Also scoring for the Divestco Knights was Howard Brekke with two goals, Sean Edwards and Dan Sturko each adding a goal. Edwards added three assists, Chris Knight and Dave Wardlaw each added two assists. Goaltender Saul MacPherson picked up the victory for the Divestco Knights giving up 0 goals.

Lighting the lamp for the Warthogs was Gary Rose and Josh Gagnon each adding single goals. Goaltender Mike Nyhus surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Warthogs.

With the victory, the Divestco Knights improve to 9-3-1-0 while the Warthogs fall to 2-10-1-0.
