Calgary, AB – D Madsen scored a hat-trick and added four assists to help support the Warthogs in a 9-5 spanking over the Vista Rangers at Southland on Monday.

Adding markers for the Warthogs was Kyle Shima* and Nick Hryhor*, N Swann, Martin Haines*, Troy Cleland* and Jarret Page* with a goal each. Madsen and Shima* each added four assists, Hryhor*, Dave Yuris* and Troy Ferguson each added two assists. Goaltender J Kozusko picked up the victory for the Warthogs giving up 0 goals.

Scoring for the Vista Rangers was Jason Skehar*, Chris McDavid*, Kyle Calmusky*, Jeb Davis* and Shawn Baxter* each with single strikes. Skehar* and Cale Humeniuk* each added two assists. Goaltender Clark Damer* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Vista Rangers.

With the victory, the Warthogs improve to 10-8-3-0 while the Vista Rangers fall to 2-19-0-0.
