Calgary, AB – Oliver Fisher* scored four goals to help lift the FLQ erased a four-goal deficit and to a 12-6 pounding over the Thunder at Frank McCool on Friday.

Also scoring for the FLQ was Jason Nail* and Dean Dunsby* with a pair of goals each and Tony Lucas*, Dave Scott*, Chris Mele* and Chris Robertson* each with single strikes. Nail* added four assists, Mike Taillon* added three assists, Lucas*, Kevin Scott*, Mike Smillie* and John Rheault* each added two assists. Goaltender Glenn Black* picked up the victory for the FLQ giving up 0 goals.

The win snapped the FLQ's three-game losing skid.

Scoring for the Thunder was Darryl Martin* with four strikes and Aaron Yamniuk* and Rob Bulmer* each adding single goals. Yamniuk* added four assists. Goaltender Leo Thoms* surrendered 12 goals in the loss for the Thunder.

The Thunder jumped out to a 4-0 lead when Martin* scored his 11th of the season with 13:03 left in the first period but Fisher* responded for the FLQ with his fourth of the season to start the rally.

With the victory, the FLQ improve to 7-9-3-0 while the Thunder fall to 5-12-2-0.
