Calgary, AB – Chris Gibson* scored a goal including his sixth goal of the season with 3:26 remaining in the third period and and added two assists to help the Thunder to a 5-4 win over the Vista Rangers at Frank McCool on Tuesday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Thunder was Dave Morris*, Tim Arnett*, Brent MacDonald*, Aaron Yamniuk* each adding a goal. Brad Haley* added three assists. Goaltender Leo Thoms* picked up the win for the Thunder giving up four goals.

Striking for the Vista Rangers was Darrin Krueger* with a hat-trick and Lane Montgomery* with a single tally. Ryan Paulgaard* and Mike Hanson* each added two assists. Goaltender Clark Damer* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Vista Rangers.

With the win, the Thunder improve to 5-10-2-0 while the Vista Rangers fall to 2-15-0-0.
