Dillon* strikes twice, Colts trounce Thunder
Calgary, AB – Brian Dillon* scored two goals to lift the Colts to a 7-1 clobbering over the Thunder at Southland on Monday.
Capping off the scoring for the Colts was John Giffen* and Mike Polanchek*, Dwayne Beninger*, Todd Howery* and Wayne Kooy contributing with a goal each. Ken Toews* and Joe Sutherland* each added three assists and Greg Tarr* added two assists. Goaltender Cam Goldade picked up the win for the Colts holding the Thunder to a single goal.
Tallying the lone goal for the Thunder was and Allan Bianchini*, his second of the season. Goaltender Leo Thoms* surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Thunder.
With the win, the Colts improve to 6-7-0-0 while the Thunder fall to 3-7-2-0.
