Calgary, AB – Dan Tall* scored his 10th goal of the season with 1:43 remaining in the second period and Craig Quipp* scored a hat-trick and added an assist to spark the Pylons to a 7-6 win over the Icehogs at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Also scoring for the Pylons was Chris Pinch*, Pete Zolotas*, Tim Connolly* each adding a goal. Chris Sotiropoulos* added four assists, Derek Loomer*. Goaltender Ray King* picked up the win for the Pylons giving up 0 goals.

Lighting the lamp for the Icehogs was Shawn Foster* with two goals and Kevin Free*, Derrick Moore*, Ashley Raabis* and Rhett Gerrard* each adding single goals. Free* added three assists and Moore* added two assists. Goaltender Jody Stevens* surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Icehogs.

With the win, the Pylons improve to 6-4-1-0 while the Icehogs fall to 7-2-2-0.
