Calgary, AB – Brian Bieche* scored his ninth goal of the season with 0:21 remaining in the third period and Ioan Matthews* scored a hat-trick and added two assists to help support the Anchor Concrete Bobcats in a 7-6 victory over the BDR Angers at Frank McCool on Friday.

Adding markers for the Anchor Concrete Bobcats was and K Thiessen with a single marker. Brent Hooey*. Goaltender Trevor Devinch* picked up the victory for the Anchor Concrete Bobcats giving up 0 goals.

Providing the offence for the BDR Angers was Bret Kimpton* with two goals and Dan Rach*, Jason Degreeve*, Luc Maillet* and Jon Sterenko* with a goal each. Rach* added three assists and Kimpton* added two assists. Goaltender Blaine Jansen surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the BDR Angers.

With the victory, the Anchor Concrete Bobcats improve to 7-1-1-0 while the BDR Angers fall to 3-6-0-0.
