Calgary, AB – Ryan Paulgaard* scored his second goal of the season with 10:34 remaining in the third period and Scott Hanson* scored two goals and added two assists to guide the Vista Rangers to a 6-5 conquest over the FLQ at Stew Hendry on Sunday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Vista Rangers was Darrin Krueger*, Colin Ranger, Kevin Wagner* each adding single tallies. Hanson* added two assists. Goaltender Clark Damer* picked up the win for the Vista Rangers giving up 0 goals.

The victory extinguished the Vista Rangers' five-game losing streak.

Cashing in for the FLQ was Rick Remenda* with two goals and Chris Mele*, Mike Taillon* and Dave Scott* chipping in with a goal each. Ryan Roulston* added three assists. Goaltender Glenn Black* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the FLQ.

With the win, the Vista Rangers improve to 1-5-0-0 while the FLQ fall to 0-4-2-0.
