Calgary, AB – Duane Arsenault pitched a shutout and Steve Hendsbee scored two goals and added an assist to guide the Mustangs to an 8-0 throttling over the Colts at Southland on Monday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Mustangs was Chad Frizzle and Pat Purcell, Jeff Stewart, Garrett Goodbrand, Brent Phelps and Dave Ford chipping in with a goal each. Frizzle and Mike McHenry each added three assists and Jeremy Baines added two assists.

Goaltender Chad Salyn surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Colts.

With the win, the Mustangs improve to 8-4-1-0 while the Colts fall to 1-10-0-0.
