Calgary, AB – Kevin Leonard* scored two goals including his 15th goal of the season with 2:34 remaining in the third period and and added two assists to help lift the Rustlers to a 6-5 victory over the Jet's at Optimist on Sunday.

Adding markers for the Rustlers was Drew McKnight* with two goals and Carey Ernewein* and Brad Hart* each adding single goals. Ernewein*, Nick Darling*. Goaltender Jared Wesley* picked up the victory for the Rustlers giving up five goals.

Scoring for the Jet's was Kent Fawcett*, Curtis Goulet*, Kyle Goulet*, Jeremy Walker* and Russ Tracy* each with single strikes. Fawcett* and Dick Tracy* each added two assists. Goaltender Mark Walt surrendered six goals in the loss for the Jet's.

With the victory, the Rustlers improve to 4-2-0-0 while the Jet's fall to 2-3-1-0.
