Calgary, AB – Mike McHenry* scored two goals and added two assists to lead the Mustangs to a 7-4 triumph over the Sofa Kings at Stew Hendry on Saturday.

Completing the scoring for for the Mustangs was Jeff Holzman* and Brent Phelps* with a pair of goals each and Paul Crummey* with a single tally. Nolan Horbach* added three assists, McHenry*, Crummey* and Steve Kenway* each added two assists. Goaltender Duane Arsenault* picked up the victory for the Mustangs giving up 0 goals.

Finding the twine for the Sofa Kings was Shane Harvey*, Jason Manderson*, Rob Johnston* and Shane Foster* chipping in with a goal each. Manderson* and Harvey* each added two assists. Goaltender Brett Walchuk* surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Sofa Kings.

With the victory, the Mustangs improve to 3-1-0-0 while the Sofa Kings fall to 1-3-0-0.
