Calgary, AB – Nolan Horbach* scored a hat-trick to help bring the Mustangs erased a three-goal deficit and to a 6-4 triumph over the Fat n Lazy at Stew Hendry on Wednesday.

Completing the scoring for for the Mustangs was Garrett Goodbrand* with two goals and Steve Kenway* with a single marker. Jeff Holzman* added three assists and Mike McHenry* added two assists. Goaltender Scott Logan picked up the victory for the Mustangs giving up 0 goals.

Finding the back of the net for the Fat n Lazy was Jason Norrie* with a hat-trick and Rich Dusevic * with a single tally. Monte Wilson* added four assists. Goaltender Mark Fewster* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Fat n Lazy.

The Fat n Lazy jumped out to a 4-1 lead when Norrie* scored his third of the season with 4:50 left in the second period but Horbach* responded for the Mustangs with his second of the season to start the rally.

With the victory, the Mustangs improve to 2-0-0-0 while the Fat n Lazy fall to 0-1-1-0.
