Calgary, AB – Cory Dosdall scored five goals and added two assists to guide the Warthogs to an 8-3 throttling over the FLQ at Stew Hendry on Saturday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Warthogs was Patrick Shippitt and Troy Cleland* and Tim Friesen* chipping in with a goal each. Dave Yuris* added four assists, Shippitt added three assists. Goaltender Jamie Agnew picked up the win for the Warthogs giving up 0 goals.

Cashing in for the FLQ was Chris Mele* with two goals and Dave Scott* with a single tally. Mike Taillon* added two assists. Goaltender Glenn Black* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the FLQ.

With the win, the Warthogs improve to 1-0-0-0 while the FLQ fall to 0-1-0-0.
