Calgary, AB – Justin Huseby* scored his 18th goal of the season with 8:46 remaining in the third period and Kyle Kilback* scored a goal and added two assists as the Buffaloes extended their winning streak to three games with a 6-5 win over the Pirates at Optimist on Sunday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Buffaloes was Matt Acker*, John Page*, Ben Chin, Shawn Robillard* chipping in with a goal each. Goaltender Rich Froese* picked up the win for the Buffaloes giving up 0 goals.

Striking for the Pirates was Roger Miller* and Matt Dyck* with a pair of goals each and Steve Turvey* with a single tally. Scott Atkinson* added three assists and Dean Perry* added two assists. Goaltender Rick Windl* surrendered six goals in the loss for the Pirates.

With the win, the Buffaloes improve to 14-14-3-0 while the Pirates fall to 12-15-4-0.
