Calgary, AB – Mike Taillon* scored a hat-trick and added an assist to fuel the Calgary Storm to a 5-3 conquest over the Sofa Kings at Village Square on Saturday.

Capping off the scoring for the Calgary Storm was Jason Nail* and Rick Remenda* contributing with a goal each. Nail* added three assists and Tony Lucas* added two assists. Goaltender Glenn Black* picked up the win for the Calgary Storm giving up 0 goals.

Sniping for the Sofa Kings was James Kenny*, Travis Rudy* and Jason Akhurst* each tallying single markers. Nick Jones* added two assists. Goaltender Jeff Blaney* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Sofa Kings.

With the win, the Calgary Storm improve to 12-11-3-0 while the Sofa Kings fall to 15-10-1-0.
