Calgary, AB – Jordan Emmerson scored two goals and added two assists as the Mustangs extended its winning streak to three games with a 11-4 route over the IceCats at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Completing the scoring for for the Mustangs was Braydon Hart and Joel Merkosky with a pair of goals each, BJ Gurba, Brandon Boyle, Colin Baillargeon, Brent Phelps and Taylor Johnson each contributing with single markers. Kyle Dixon added three assists, Hart, Gurba, Boyle, Baillargeon, Aaron Merkosky, Jason Braun, Tyson Trail. Goaltender JF Voyer picked up the victory for the Mustangs giving up four goals.

Finding the back of the net for the IceCats was Spencer Didrikson, Jamieson Smith, Matt Paterson and Scott Sharp chipping in with singles. Goaltender Darryl Leray surrendered 11 goals in the loss for the IceCats.

With the victory, the Mustangs improve to 7-6-2-0 while the IceCats fall to 4-10-1-0.
