Calgary, AB – Marcus Hoover scored two goals and added an assist to spark the Raiders to a 7-4 win over the Schooners at Southland on Monday.

Also scoring for the Raiders was Brendan Tyrrell and Ryan Bremer with a pair of goals each and Byron Thomson with a single marker. Andrew Leveque, Eric Miller and Duncan Browne each added two assists. Goaltender Jeremy Phillips picked up the victory for the Raiders giving up four goals.

Lighting the lamp for the Schooners was Braden Park with two goals and Joshua Schafer and Nick Behrend each adding single goals. Travis Robichaud added two assists. Goaltender Brad Lowe surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Schooners.

With the victory, the Raiders improve to 4-4-1-0 while the Schooners fall to 5-4-0-0.
