Calgary, AB – Dan Arnold scored five goals and added an assist to guide the Ducks 3 to an 8-5 conquest over the Blackout at Optimist on Saturday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Ducks 3 was Dennis Clark and Samuel Reid and Taylor Annan chipping in with a goal each. Clark added five assists, Reid and Mathew Lafrance each added two assists. Goaltender Cole Currie picked up the win for the Ducks 3 giving up five goals.

Cashing in for the Blackout was Devin Ness with two goals and Jordan Vine, Nathan Wood and Russell Wazney each adding single tallies. Mark Mason and Steven Chaffin each added two assists. Goaltender Chase Simard surrendered eight goals in the loss for the Blackout.

With the win, the Ducks 3 improve to 3-5-0-0 while the Blackout fall to 4-4-0-0.
