Calgary, AB – Scott Towns scored two goals and added three assists to help fuel the Flying Elbows to a 6-3 conquest over the Panthers at George Blundun on Saturday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Flying Elbows was Shane Towns with two goals and Tyler Young and Eric Nerbas each adding single tallies. Towns and Towns each added three assists and Young added two assists. Goaltender Zach Cooke picked up the win for the Flying Elbows giving up three goals.

Striking for the Panthers was Curtis Butcher with two goals and Brent Osman with a single marker. Goaltender Doug Lavers surrendered six goals in the loss for the Panthers.

With the win, the Flying Elbows improve to 4-2-2-0 while the Panthers fall to 4-4-0-0.
