Calgary, AB – Shawn Foster* scored a hat-trick and added an assist as the Icehogs extended its winning streak to five games with a 10-5 pummeling over the Pylons at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Also scoring for the Icehogs was Don Campbell* with a hat-trick, Mike Tanton* and Bill Stait*, Chris Kemp* and Blaine Dobinson* each adding single goals. Tanton* added six assists and Kevin Free* added two assists. Goaltender Jody Stevens* picked up the victory for the Icehogs giving up five goals.

Lighting the lamp for the Pylons was Chris Sotiropoulos* with a hat-trick and Derek Riewe* and Gus Morfessis* each adding a goal. Pete Zolotas* added two assists. Goaltender Ray King* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Pylons.

With the victory, the Icehogs improve to 18-2-2-0 while the Pylons fall to 11-10-0-0.
