Calgary, AB – Clifton O'Brien scored a hat-trick and added an assist for the Smokin' Guns and Darren McCutcheon scored a hat-trick and added two assists for the Colts as the teams battled to a 8-8 tie at Stew Hendry on Sunday.

Adding markers for the Colts was Jason Crossland and Ken Terpstra with a pair of goals each and Tristan Kociszewski with a single marker. Nick Hayward and Jordan Cassley each added three assists, Crossland, Kociszewski. Goaltender Wesley Kitchen surrendered seven goals in the tie for the Colts.

Adding markers for the Smokin' Guns was TJ Winters and Danny Faulkner with a pair of goals each and Chris Goodall with a single tally. Jesse Shaw added four assists, Drew Rawluk added three assists and Joel Manson added two assists. Goaltender James McGivern gave up eight goals in the tie for the Smokin' Guns.

After the tie, the Smokin' Guns have a record of 7-6-1-0 while the Colts move to 7-5-2-0.
