Calgary, AB – Curtis Billsten scored nine goals and added an assist to help lift the Ducks 1 to a 14-4 pounding over the Goats at Norma Bush on Saturday.

Adding markers for the Ducks 1 was Kyle Burton and Kyle Norris with a pair of goals each and Ryan Berg with a single marker. Tyler Reid added six assists, Burton added three assists, Norris, Berg, Brodie Chernichen and Rob Heynen each added two assists. Goaltender Matthew Dawson picked up the victory for the Ducks 1 giving up four goals.

Scoring for the Goats was Jakob Lapointe with two goals and Gui Glasspoole and Jesse Nehet each adding single goals. Lapointe added two assists. Goaltender Zee Hamilton surrendered 14 goals in the loss for the Goats.

With the victory, the Ducks 1 improve to 9-3-2-0 while the Goats fall to 3-11-0-0.
