Calgary, AB – Reed McKinnon scored his second goal of the season with 0:12 remaining in the third period and Connor McCreary scored two goals and added an assist to help support the Raiders in a 7-6 victory over the Blazers at Stew Hendry on Sunday.

Adding markers for the Raiders was Ryan Matthys with two goals, Brendan Tyrrell, Byron Thomson each contributing with single markers. Marcus Hoover added three assists. Goaltender Jeremy Phillips picked up the victory for the Raiders giving up six goals.

Providing the offence for the Blazers was Josh Clements with two goals and Zach Goss, Peter Jones, Brent Rauch and Stephen Heynen with a goal each. Justin Peers added three assists. Goaltender Jake Mandin surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Blazers.

With the victory, the Raiders improve to 8-9-4-0 while the Blazers fall to 12-9-0-0.
