Calgary, AB – Tyler Young scored two goals and added an assist as the Flying Elbows extended its winning streak to six games with a 10-3 spanking over the Ducks 3 at Optimist on Sunday.

Adding markers for the Flying Elbows was Kyle Christensen and Luke Helland with a pair of goals each, Mike Parker, Scott Towns, Lance Delafosse and Cole Hood each contributing with single markers. Parker and Towns each added three assists, Delafosse, Hood, Murray Walter and Colin Oke each added two assists. Goaltender Zach Cooke picked up the victory for the Flying Elbows giving up three goals.

Providing the offence for the Ducks 3 was Dan Arnold, Mike Buydens and Brian Kennedy with a goal each. Goaltender Cole Currie surrendered 10 goals in the loss for the Ducks 3.

With the victory, the Flying Elbows improve to 13-4-2-0 while the Ducks 3 fall to 5-13-1-0.
