Calgary, AB – Jamieson Smith scored a hat-trick and added an assist to help lift the IceCats to a 7-1 pounding over the Mile High Club at Stew Hendry on Sunday.

Also scoring for the IceCats was Matt Dawe with two goals, Jason Nugent and Spencer Didrikson each adding single goals. Blaine McIntosh added three assists and Corey Dahl added two assists. Goaltender Darryl Leray picked up the victory for the IceCats holding the Mile High Club to a single goal.

Scoring the only marker for the Mile High Club was and Gavin Stephen, his ninth of the season. Goaltender Kevin Barron surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Mile High Club.

With the victory, the IceCats improve to 6-11-1-0 while the Mile High Club fall to 10-4-4-0.
