Calgary, AB – Nathan McAuley scored a hat-trick and added four assists as the Kings extended its winning streak to three games with a 11-4 spanking over the Icemen at Optimist on Saturday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Kings was Charles Abbott with a hat-trick, Derek Bishop with a hat-trick, Mathieu Bisson with two goals. Richard Smythe added six assists, Ryan Harte, Abbott added three assists. Goaltender Nico Vandersalm picked up the win for the Kings giving up four goals.

Striking for the Icemen was Braden Billaney, Justin Hill, Aaron Pepin and David Seal with a goal each. Billaney and Rob Rishaug each added two assists. Goaltender Ed Dizon surrendered 11 goals in the loss for the Icemen.

The setback halted the Icemen's three-game winning streak.

With the win, the Kings improve to 4-7-0-0 while the Icemen fall to 8-3-0-0.
