Calgary, AB – Ryan Wales scored two goals and added two assists to lift the Beefcakes to an 8-6 conquest over the New Jori Devils at Henry Viney on Saturday.

Capping off the scoring for the Beefcakes was Garrick Perry and Kevin Robertson with a pair of goals each, Ryan Hunt and Brett Person each adding single tallies. Wales, Perry, Brian Moore, Fraser Grant and Graham Bogle each added two assists. Goaltender Broedy Gaschler picked up the win for the Beefcakes giving up six goals.

Sniping for the New Jori Devils was Eric Wasylenko with two goals and Sam Woods, Adam Chin, Adam Forrest and Mike Petursson contributing with a goal each. Woods and Gerry Junio each added three assists. Goaltender Matt Philip surrendered eight goals in the loss for the New Jori Devils.

With the win, the Beefcakes improve to 2-1-0-0 while the New Jori Devils fall to 1-2-0-0.
