Calgary, AB – Connor Taylor scored two goals and added an assist to lead The Herd to a 7-4 triumph over the San Jose Sharts at Max Bell #1 on Tuesday.

Completing the scoring for for The Herd was Evan Woods and Devyn Stewart with a pair of goals each and Ethan Trampuh with a single tally. Mitchell Wolfe added three assists and Bryce Salverda added two assists. Goaltender Devin Reagan picked up the victory for The Herd giving up four goals.

Finding the twine for the San Jose Sharts was Robert Anhorn, Matthew Koch, Zackery Dubiel and Mitchell Wells chipping in with a goal each. Ethan Hayter added two assists. Goaltender Jackson Eady surrendered seven goals in the loss for the San Jose Sharts.

With the victory, The Herd improve to 1-0-0-0 while the San Jose Sharts fall to 0-1-0-0.
