Calgary, AB – Tyler Penner scored two goals and added an assist for the Schooners and Shaun Kos scored a hat-trick for the Flying Elbows as the teams fought to a 8-8 tie at Frank McCool on Tuesday.

Capping off the scoring for the Flying Elbows was Kyle Christensen with two goals and Tyler Young, Steve Tuckey and Michael Soumis-St-Laurent contributing with a goal each. Colin Oke and Eric Nerbas each added three assists, Christensen and Tim Fournier each added two assists. Goaltender Jeremy Ellis surrendered eight goals in the tie for the Flying Elbows.

Capping off the scoring for the Schooners was , Josh Herrick, Mathew Popowich, Travis Robichaud, Dennis Holder and Scott Jenks each adding single tallies. Robichaud, Popowich and Wade Snook each added three assists and David Dow added two assists. Goaltender Brad Lowe gave up eight goals in the tie for the Schooners.

After the tie, the Schooners have a record of 10-12-3-0 while the Flying Elbows move to 9-12-3-0.
