Calgary, AB – Kai Robichaud scored a hat-trick and added an assist to help lift the Schooners to an 8-5 victory over the Flying Elbows at Frank McCool on Tuesday.

Also scoring for the Schooners was Joshua Schafer and Mathew Popowich with a pair of goals each and Josh Herrick with a single marker. Wade Snook added three assists, Popowich, Schafer, Greg Macquirrie and Travis Robichaud each added two assists. Goaltender Brad Lowe picked up the victory for the Schooners giving up five goals.

Scoring for the Flying Elbows was Luke Helland with two goals and Scott Towns, Doug Coutts and Austin Korte each adding single goals. Towns added two assists. Goaltender Jeremy Ellis surrendered eight goals in the loss for the Flying Elbows.

With the victory, the Schooners improve to 5-10-2-0 while the Flying Elbows fall to 8-7-1-0.
