Calgary, AB – Rob Christensen* scored his 10th goal of the season with 0:23 remaining in the third period and James Cuming* scored two goals as the Icecats extended their winning streak to three games with a 5-4 win over the Chiefs at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Also scoring for the Icecats was Nik Cooper*, Mark Sproxton* each adding a goal. Vance Alexander*, Shawn Morgan*. Goaltender Larry Guilloux* picked up the win for the Icecats giving up 0 goals.

Striking for the Chiefs was Kip Lindsay (*) with a hat-trick and Kevin Crowe (*) with a single tally. Kim Laskowski (*) added three assists and Jamie Lorenz (*) added two assists. Goaltender Blaine MacKeil (*) surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Chiefs.

With the win, the Icecats improve to 13-3-2-0 while the Chiefs fall to 7-8-2-0.
