Calgary, AB – Pierre Girard scored a hat-trick and added an assist to spark the Bears to an 8-2 pummeling over The Herd at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Also scoring for the Bears was Nic Nolet with a hat-trick, Tyler Gartner and Troy Miller each adding single goals. Gartner added three assists and Tyler Yamashiro added two assists. Goaltender Nathan Hargrave picked up the victory for the Bears giving up two goals.

Lighting the lamp for The Herd was Nic Lush and Kyle Harrison each adding a goal. Goaltender Devin Reagan surrendered eight goals in the loss for The Herd.

With the victory, the Bears improve to 14-2-3-0 while The Herd fall to 9-5-5-0.
