Calgary, AB – Rob Johnston* scored a goal and added three assists to lift the Sofa Kings to a 7-1 clobbering over the St. Vladimir�s at Optimist on Saturday.

Capping off the scoring for the Sofa Kings was Cale Louden* with two goals and Travis Rudy*, James Kenny*, Shane Foster*, Colin Oke* each adding single tallies. Johnston* and Nick Jones* each added three assists and Rudy* added two assists. Goaltender Blair Myers* picked up the win for the Sofa Kings holding the St. Vladimir�s to a single goal.

Tallying the lone goal for the St. Vladimir�s was and Stephen Fodchuk*, his second of the season. Goaltender J Kilbert surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the St. Vladimir�s.

With the win, the Sofa Kings improve to 10-6-1-0 while the St. Vladimir�s fall to 5-11-1-0.
