Calgary, AB – Scott Lindsay scored a hat-trick and added an assist as the Icehogs extended their winning streak to eight games with a 6-4 victory over the Blades at Norma Bush on Saturday.

Completing the scoring for for the Icehogs was Kevin Free and Brad Watts and Todd McAleese each contributing with single markers. Free added two assists. Goaltender Jody Stevens picked up the victory for the Icehogs giving up four goals.

Finding the back of the net for the Blades was Dale Kindlein with a hat-trick and Jason Procyk with a single tally. Goaltender Ashley McNeil surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Blades.

With the victory, the Icehogs improve to 8-0-1-0 while the Blades fall to 4-4-1-0.
