Calgary, AB – Rick Remenda scored a hat-trick and added an assist as the Calgary Storm extended its winning streak to six games with a 7-4 victory over the Chevron at Ernie Starr on Sunday.
Adding markers for the Calgary Storm was Kevin Scott and Troy Patterson, Bill Moore and Jason Nail with a goal each. Scott and Dave Scott each added three assists. Goaltender Glenn Black picked up the victory for the Calgary Storm giving up 0 goals.
Scoring for the Chevron was Kevin Sinnott with two goals and Trevor Witowski and Tim Begalke each with single strikes. Mike Eleftheriou added two assists. Goaltender Darrell Gall surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Chevron.
With the victory, the Calgary Storm improve to 6-2-0-0 while the Chevron fall to 3-4-1-0.
