Bowles* scores two, Icecats beat the wheels off Met�s
Calgary, AB – Cam Bowles* scored two goals as the Icecats extended its winning streak to seven games with a 8-3 pounding over the Met�s at Frank McCool on Friday.
Rounding out the scoring for the Icecats was Nik Cooper* with two goals and Denis Nadeau*, Shawn Morgan*, Mark Sproxton* and J Neglia chipping in with a goal each. Nadeau* added three assists, Vance Alexander*, Rob Christensen* and Kelly Stoodley* each added two assists. Goaltender Larry Guilloux* picked up the win for the Icecats giving up 0 goals.
Striking for the Met�s was Jason Lebbert*, Scott Fargey* and John Pietrovito* with a goal each. Goaltender Matt Elder* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Met�s.
With the win, the Icecats improve to 7-0-0-0 while the Met�s fall to 3-4-0-0.
